Colorado finds
So while my husband and I were out of town visiting Colorado, and all of his family living there, I was scouting for some good finds. I found some nice things in Boulder- my favourites were these pillows below, which are made in the south by a woman named Wilma (that’s all the info the ladies at the shop would give me) from old European feedsack cloth. They were so simple and lovely. The pillow inserts were made from a nice striped cotton ticking, over a down and feather pillow insert. They were nearly $100 so I didn’t buy any, but was definitely inspired by them.
We also found some amazing vintage postcards, beads, and more which I have to document still, and will post later in the week!
I’m back!
Hi everyone- so sorry for the lack of posts, but I’ve been out of town visiting my husband’s family in Colorado. Very relaxing, but not much internet connectivity! I will be back to posting this week.
Perks & Mini
The print of this dress is phenomenal. Lena posted this originally, and I just had to repost because it was too good not to.
White Capri pleated bags
These bags are so simple and lovely… this one below is my favourite.
Too bad white items don’t last a day in my possession! Must learn to be more graceful with beverages…

Andrew Neyer
I just stumbled across Andrew Neyer’s work on Etsy, then went to his official site… Great stuff! You can buy his Mind Control zine on Etsy for a mere $7 (complete with totally rad-i-cool Laser Eyes glasses). Whatta deal.
Etsy: The Runny Bunny
Kind of a gross name… however, these little cast sculptures are sweet. She specializes in putting together odd combos like this, however, I’m more interested in the more traditionally sweet sculptures she’s making, like the ones below. I even thought they’d make good non-traditional cake-toppers for the more progressive bride and groom.
