Why am I posting so many Etsy finds?  So that you, dear reader, may find some Christmas presents that are either handmade, or lovingly sought out vintage items from resellers!  I’m loving these samplers below, as well as these pillowcases which say in German “I can sleep when I’m dead.”

Some nice boots that won’t break the bank at Urban…

Ok, so these are booties, not boots, (perhaps a small technicality) but I love/want them…

A nice line for you gents.  Also, my friend Pat is the model in these photos!  So weird to come across lines that friends have modeled for.

Just found that Dutch Door is doing letterpress prints of all 50 states birds and flowers paired up.  Charming idea… perhaps a good gift for someone you know?  Looks like so far they’ve released New York, California and Illinois.

Ok so yes… lasercut jewelry is totally played.  However, I did laugh at this necklace I found on Etsy of the Nintendo Powerglove… “I love the Powerglove… it’s so bad.”  If this doesn’t ring a bell, race to your nearest video rental shop and rent The Wizard (starring Fred Savage, Christian Slater, and Beau Bridges… oh and the annoying Jenny Lewis when she was still a child actor).

I wish I were here…  I mean, how beautiful and intriguing is this installation!?
