Update: SS10 Eternal Child
I hadn’t looked at Eternal Child for a while, but was reminded of them by a magazine spread that I saw over the weekend (Lula? I can’t remember), so I took a look at their Spring Summer collection and loved it. I am looking forward to what they have in store for fall.
Shop Update
I’m slowly adding new pieces to the shop as I have time to make them! This one’s my favourite so far.

Satara tie-dye
I got an email from Label Gazer today, which is a site that spotlights fashion forward, ethical and eco-friendly fashion. There are a ton of cute pieces from various labels on their site, but Satara stood out to me (even though I’m not typically into tie-dye, I love these)!
Bekväm scallop dress
This may be just about the sweetest dress I’ve seen for a while.
Alternative Apparel: Branching out
Are you familiar with Alternative Apparel? I was first familiarized with them a few years ago when my husband was looking for a socially conscious tee shirt company to supply tees for printing, and was trying to avoid using American Apparel. Alternative Apparel started out with basics but just like American Apparel has done over the years, Alternative Apparel is now branching out into hipper luxury knits that rival higher-end lines like T by Alexander Wang, or The Row. Even Oak NYC is selling their tees.
Update: Stand Up Comedy
Some new things in the Stand Up Comedy shop that I really love…
Crazy Hair Workshop
Crazy Hair: a workshop which is taking place at the Domaine de Boisbuchet in August. The workshop is a collaborative effort by Studio Marisol, a French academy for hairstyling, and Cul de Sac design studio. These hairpieces and subsequent photos were create to promote the workshop… looks like fun!
